Code of Ethics

Being entrusted with the momentous responsibility of assisting with the creation, organization, and realization of one of the most important days in a couple’s life, it is essential that we, as professional wedding coordinators, adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct and business ethics. To that end, I, Lacy Aguirre, owner and operator of Woven Hearts, hereby pledge faithfully to abide by the following Code of Ethics in all business practices, dealings, and endeavors.


Provide quality services in a timely and cost-efficient manner as set forth and agreed to in a detailed, written Contract.
Establish reasonable and proper fees and provide written estimates set forth in a detailed, written Contract.
Be fully dedicated to the needs, wants, and desires of the Client(s), fulfilling service requests whenever possible with utmost care and attention.
Represent the Client(s) fairly and honestly in all business dealings.
Always act in the best interests of the Client(s), providing advice regarding vendors based on quality of service, reputability, and cost efficiency without consideration of referral fees or commissions.
Maintain consistent, complete, and timely communications in order to achieve utmost clarity and mutual understanding in all business dealings.
Represent one’s self, the company, and the services provided honestly and truthfully in all advertising communications.
Respect the privacy of the Client(s) and ensure the confidentiality of privileged information.
Uphold and promote a professional environment of respect for all peoples without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, or veteran status.
